Blocked accounts

We see a lot of closed accounts at the moment. We understand that a lot of you towards the end of the month want to put some extra messages in before being paid out. That is great, but the company knows that too and will do more QA. So stay sharp, most of the accounts being closed are for misleading, to many typo's, bad English / bad grammar, that sort of things. Working fast is great, but if you lose your account because of it, it may take a few days to get you back up and running again and you will lose more than you've gained?

Rape talks and incest

 ATTENTION: It is in rule #7: rape talks are not allowed, minor and incest , even the stepdad-step daughter role play, the stepdaughter might be considered as a minor. Moreover, the daddy-baby/daughter is not allowed. It falls under "incest". "slip into the stepdaughter's room and touch her and fucked her real good in her sleep", so why is this considered as rape? ABUSE (rape, incest, bestiality, drugs, minors)

As an operator, it is your responsibility to report whenever any case of abuse is presented on the chat platform. That means if you see customers or operators engaging in discussion of bestiality (sex with animals), incest (sex with family members), underage sex, discussion of drugs or similar, you need to report it immediately. Do this before you answer to the message. After the reporting, make sure to change subject. To make the report, you MUST press the REPORT ABUSE button and write a short description or the type of abuse you see.

Unknown Location (IP hide, VPN, GEO) you can lose your account!

The overall company can block your account when your IP is not visible to them. Make sure you do not use VPN, an IP hider, your GEO/Location is turned to ON. If you use ad blocker, put it to off for the site you are working for, just to make sure. Make sure your browser does not have an automatic ad blocker or built in VPN and if so make sure that is set to off (at least for the site you are working on). Do you work from home, your own wifi? Make sure you are not behind some kind of firewall. Check if your antivirus program does not block sharing details with sites. If you work from another location than your own, like a chat cafe, it might have to do with their IP settings, you will need to ask them. It can also be related to teh kind of device you are using, a normal PC or laptop, with a normal internet connection will always show an IP unless it is blocked by your own settings (VPN, IP hider, IP changer). Diamond Bank Nigeria

It is a must that you log any important information about the client and your profile. Things that your colleagues need to know to avoid mistakes, double questions and so on. We have been getting complaints that there are some operators who think they can skip that and leave the updates to the next operator(s). However strange this work may be, it is still work. Real work, for a real company, with real clients. And paid in real Euro's. You are all over 18 years of age, adults and we therefore we expect a mature and professional attitude from your side. We understand that some things can be frustrating at times, but that may never be an excuse to take it out on members of our team. Here are a few things you should understand: Your account got blocked Our team hardly ever blocks someone for quality, that is done by the QA team from the overall company and that usually happens because a co-worker reported you (this can be a person of any team of any company). Our team does check, but will give you feedback, they won't block you. Our team only blocks accounts for too low or zero production. Feedback As said we give feedback, because we are trying to warn you that your account might get blocked if you don't change some things. We are trying to HELP you keeping your account...

No traffic? Be challenging! The platform is semi - dedicated.

You might not know this, but the platform you work on is semi-dedicated. This means that normally when a client answers to a message you wrote, you will get that client again. The faster you work, the more clients you can hold at the same time, so chatting on FB while you work, is NOT a good idea, at least not when you want to make a lot of money. When your client has to wait for too long, the message will simple go to another operator. Even more important is the quality of your messages, the more challenging and stimulating your messages (and questions!) are, the higher the chance your client will react and that is yet another message for you. You may not notice this when it is really very busy, because you will get a next message anyway. But 15 minutes later it can get less busy, or many more operators log in. The person who was chatting on FB (slower) and meanwhile wrote thoughtless boring messages, without questions, will have nothing to do. But his colleague who invested in go...

Payment requests

All (approved) payment requests up until and through yesterday have been processed. Depending on your country and bank, receiving your money can be as fast as the next day or take several working days or even (in some cases) a week or more. Please do not come ask us how long it will take, we don't know, we don't work for your bank, ask your bank! Payment transcripts: you can only ask for one if you did not receive the money within 7 working days.

NOT below 50

Please people stop asking us for a pay out below 50 euro, we need to draw a line somewhere and 50 is already half of what we usually do. Also, people seem to think they are the only one. We run hundreds and hundreds of people and codes, who switch from CAN to Uk because of the time zones, lose their accounts because of low production and then want to start again, who lose their account because of misleading and after retraining start on a new account. It is thousands of invoices, a complete invoice system, a finance department and we can't afford to make mistakes. So we use ONE system and we do not make exceptions. The only excpetion we have made since the beginning of the pandemic is we do a second payment round of 50, which already gives us a lot of extra work. 50 = 50!

Payment requests 50+ euro

If you have a pending / outstanding balance of 50 euro or more (and less than 95) you can now contact Peter for pay out. Payments are done

Everyone with a pending balance of 95 euro or more has been paid. Check your email for the payment confirmation(s). One for each invoice. Please note: your outstanding / pending balance is only what you have made in August (or before). It does not include what you have made so far in September. Please contact Peter if: Your balance is 95 euro or more but you did not get any payment confirmation or not for all invoices

Payments in process

We are busy with the payments. First all the people who have an outstanding balance of 95 euro or more are getting paid. We expect to finalize that tomorrow. Please note that banks do not work on weekends. Even Iban transfers like wirecard take at least one working day, so transfers will not be processed before Monday. For regular banking it really depends on your country/bank how many days they will need to process an international transfer. Please do not come ask us how long it will take, we don't know, we don't work for your bank, ask your bank! If you are from the USA, pelase note it is labour day Monday, so transfers won't be processed until Tuesday. Everyone who gets paid will receive a payment confirmation for every single invoice that has been paid. We are not done yet, hold your questions and wait for further announcements please.

Don't use these words please...

 NEVER TO MENTION the words when the CL talks about contact info, phone number, and outlook, or any email provider , the system will automatically detect these words, and even if they didn't do anything wrong, they would be blocked. Example: 1.) I am sorry, I can't call you because my " phone number " got blocked... - the system detects the word "phone number," which triggers the system to automatically blocks the account. 2.)It depends on your " outlook " in life... "outlook" is an email provider; the same thing will happen.

Auto Block

Please avoid using words like outlook, phone number, yahoo and other words like this. Some systems use anti abuse scanners and your account will be auto blocked!

Invoices sent

All invoices for August have been sent to the operators. Please check your email. Not there? Check your SPAM folder. Check your invoice if it is correct. Click the green button to open your invoice. If you think there is something wrong, or you really did not get an invoice, contact Peter on Skype.
