However strange this work may be, it is still work. Real work, for a real company, with real clients. And paid in real Euro's. You are all over 18 years of age, adults and we therefore we expect a mature and professional attitude from your side. We understand that some things can be frustrating at times, but that may never be an excuse to take it out on members of our team. Here are a few things you should understand: Your account got blocked Our team hardly ever blocks someone for quality, that is done by the QA team from the overall company and that usually happens because a co-worker reported you (this can be a person of any team of any company). Our team does check, but will give you feedback, they won't block you. Our team only blocks accounts for too low or zero production. Feedback As said we give feedback, because we are trying to warn you that your account might get blocked if you don't change some things. We are trying to HELP you keeping your account and keep making money. It is really unacceptable that there are people who, instead of appreaciating our help, manage to scold our team members and curse them. Racism, reverse racism, victim attitude While you might be able to get away with the swearing and cursing (not always, so don't), we have seen some things we really do not tolerate at our company, things like 'this only happens because I am black', 'you guys just hate Nigerians', or "you fucking stupid people from Bangladesh or wherevere you are from". If you do this, or anything alike, your account will be blocked right away, you get blacklisted and you will never ever get a job with us again. Also we will share this information with other companies in the field, when asked. To underline how stupid these kind of remarks are: our name 'World Online Work' does not only apply to the fact we literally hire people worldwide, but also to our team. We have 13 people working for WOW in QA, training, recruiting, finance, administration, management and so on. They live in Europe, Asia, North America / Canada, Africa, South America and the Caribbean. We are black, we are white and everything in between. So when you think you can say things like this to our team, it does not really matter where YOU come from or if YOU are black, white or anything else. Fools come in all colors.

Hi all, As of now 'we' will not be offering DNS anymore. The client (the overall company) is giving us too much hassle. The one moment they tell us, make sure you fill the peak hours, so we we work our asses off and put people in. And a week later on top of all accounts of the people who use VPN or show no IP at all, they start closing accounts for 'quality' because there are too many people in. And even then there is little traffic. Okay we do understand this is all corona related and they too do not know what the next week will look like at the moment, but still. The latest thing is that there were going to close all accounts with high numbers, because they are more likely to commit abuse or write bad quality messages. Nigerian banks / SWIFT / TELEX / Costs

Very often we get the question if we can provide a telex copy or a SWIFT telex and 99.9% of the time that question comes from a Nigerian bank. The problem is, there is no such thing as a SWIFT Telex.
