ABUSE > You will not get paid or have a high risk of not getting paid

ABUSE:
> Telling clients (even just once) it is fake
> Asking client to send any kind of contact details
> Sending the client any kind of contact details (real or not)

> Copy paste (as in sending exactly the same messages to same or different client)
> Near copy paste / template messages: Using same elements or sentences over and over again
> Spoofing: copying random quotes or questions and sending them to client when there is no relation to the ongoing conversation

As you can see this is divided on 2 sections. The first three violations: no way that you will be paid, it is strictly forbidden.
The last three violations, it depends on the situation, how many times and in what way.
In general you could say there is a difference between a lazy or tired operator and someone that does these things deliberatly to make more money fast.

EXAMPLES:

Real copy paste: If they check your account and review the last 50 messages and see the same messages multiple times, that is copy paste.
But if you write 1500 messages a month and sometimes you happen to write a couple of messages the same or almost the same (spreaded) then that of course is not copy paste.

Near copy paste / template messages: Near copy paste is the same as copy paste, but with little variations
Hi there, how are you doing today? Did you have a good sleep? What are your plans for the day?
Hi there, how are you doing today, had a good sleep? Any plans for the day?
Hi there, had a good sleep, how are you doing today? Any plans?
If all your messages look like that (or a lot) and even if they are handwritten, this is still (near) copy paste!
You are hired and paid to be a creative writer, sending lively messages, following conversation. Not as some sort of answering machine.
Template messages are standard elements, phrases or sentences being used over and over again and endlessly combined in different order (often copied from a sheet).
I am so glad to hear from you again. I wonder, did you ever do a 69? I never did, what is it like?.
Hello, nice to hear from you again, how have you been? Don't you get tired of this corona virus?
Hello, nice to hear from you again, I wonder, did you ever go bungeejumping? I never did, what is it like?
Don't you get tired of this corona virus? I sure do. How are things going there?
Hi, so glad to her from you again? How are things going there? Did anything fun lately? I wonder, did you ever go bungeejumping?

Again, there is a difference if this happens every now and then when you write a lot of messages, or you are doing this on purpose to make fast bucks. A QA official needs only seconds when opening your page to see you are in fact scamming the company.

Spoofing: Clients sends something like this: you are making me so horny right now, I want to suck your clit and make you cum 10 times. And this is your answer: If you were given a PhD degree, but had no more knowledge of the subject of the degree besides what you have now, what degree would you want to be given to you?
Or the client writes: I went fishing yesterday, didnt catch anything though, but I just find it nice and relaxing and it clears my head. What did you do yesterday? And this is your answer: It's easy to have faith in yourself and have discipline when you're a winner, when you're number one. What you got to have is faith and discipline when you're not a winner.
You are clearly just copy pasting random questions or quotes from the internet. There is no relation whatsoever to what the client wrote.
And again, a good QA official will see this right away, you are scamming the company, they will block your account and mark it as abuse, you won't get paid and you get blacklisted and can't be rehired.

It's like you have a job in a computer store and at the end of the day you hide a laptop in your back pack and take it home, or a friend comes in and you sell him a very expensive gaming laptop but register it as a note book, not even half the price.
Real abuse is being fired immediately, no pay, no more job.
Please note, when accounts are closed down by the company, you will always get an invoice, because we are bound to administrate the numbers. In cases of real abuse those invoices will be credited afterwards when the QA proces has been finished. So receiving the invoice does not give you any rights.

PLEASE NOTE: World Online Work only closes accounts for low or zero production. If your account is closed for any other reason (copy paste, bad english and so on) this is always done by the company/platform you work for (USA1, UK, CAN and so on) an not by us.
