Really important rules
1. Sharing your account
Sharing your account with, or giving your account to someone else is not allowed, not ever.
Your account is not 'just a code'. It is a job at a company. We hired you to do the job, not someone else. You want to find out next time you take the bus, or worse, fly an airplane, the one driving or flying it does not have a license, because the driver or pilot send someone else to do the job?
There is also no reason to have someone else do your job. Often we get to hear 'I just wanted to help out a friend'. We have unlimited codes, you want te help a friend? Then show him/her where to apply to get his/her own code.
Sharing your account is already to be considered as misusing the opportunity we have given you, but next to that, it happens from time to time a code is abused. For intstance by telling clients it is fake, asking for their contact details (skype, hangout, email address, phone number) or giving them contact details to really contact you.
The account will be closed, you will not be paid, you and your friend(s) still have nothing and on top of that you will be the one being put on the blacklist and can never be rehired again.
2. Sick, exams, covid lock down, laptop not working and so on
If you can't work, you can just surrender your account. It is freelance, you can contact us again once you are able to work again. You will be invoiced for the surrendered account and your balance stays valid for 3 months.
Of course you can gamble and hope we won't close your account for low production, but that is not the smart thing to do. If you have multiple closed accounts for low production for just staying away, we might conclude you are just wasting our time and won't rehire you again. Let's face it, if you would work in a store or an office, even if it is freelance, would you ever consider to just stay away without informing anyone? You think the office manager or store owner would be very willing to rehire you?
3. Minimum for pay out
The absolute minimum for pay out is 35 euro, which is also mentioned in the general terms and conditions on our website (https://worldonlinework.net/english/dns-international). By accepting the job, you also agreed to our terms and conditions. We have a team of 11 people making it all happen. They work for you, in our hiring department, finance department or administration department. Or they are your trainer/coach. Or working for our QA team. We did not ask you any money for training or such. But we pay all those people. Besides that you wanted a job to make money, but it is not a one way street. You are working for a company that wants us to hire people that work. So the minimum requirement is 35 euro. You quit or you just stay away before you reach that amount. Too bad. Your balance stays valid for 3 months, you want your money, contact your coach and get back to work.
