Low production

Please note that a couple of times per month we check your production. You came to us because you wanted a job and make money. So do so. If not we will just close your account and give it to someone else who will. Everytime we check we will take out the ones with the lowest numbers. Don't want that to happen to you? Well...you know what to do. Don't bother us with your explanations, they are not relevant. Sure we do believe you had internet problems, are sick, are quarantined or whatever, but that is not the point. The point is you should have surrendered your account to begin with BECAUSE YOU CAN ALWAYS APPLY LATER AGAIN! To be more specific: the 6 codes we just closed from UK DSS are people that made up to 60 messages over the last 10 days. The AVERAGE on these accounts is over 600 and that is including the people that started on a later date. So don't be a selfish and/or lazy person. Other people who want to support their families could have been working on these...

As to all of your questions about payments...

Here is how it works: 1. Of course we can only run all statistics once the month is over, so we will do that on September first. 2. Then we make the invoice for the company (also September first). 3. The company will verify the invoice and then run a check on the stats, this can take several days. Meanwhile we will start sending the 'invoices*' for the operators (starting either September 1 or 2). 4. Once approved, the (company) invoice will be forwarded to the financial department and we will be paid and receive the money. 5. We will start paying**, this usually takes 1 or 2 days (depending on how many new operators we have, new operators take more time, because we need to pull up their bank details the first time). Usually we receive the money 'around' the 6th. The 'around' is because it varies, sometimes it will be in a little faster, sometimes a little slower (this can be because they are just slow, but also because there is a weekend involved or a holida...

Important NCC codes users login changed

When you log out from your account, log back in with the new code: Old code NCC0001 now is DSSGB001, DSSGB002 and so on Old code NCC0010 now is DSSGB010, DSSGB011 and so on Your password remains the same, your stats will still be there. It is just a reorganization of codes

IMPORTANT CAN code users - Codes changed

Once you have logged out from your Canada account, to log back in you need to use a changed code: If your code was CAN0001 it will now be DSSCA001, DSSCA002 and so on CAN0010 is now DSSCA010, DSSCA011 and so on CAN0100 is now DSSCA0100, DSSCCA0101 and so on This is just a reorganisation of the codes. Your password remains the same, your stats are still there.

Why new codes and not the old?

Because in cases like this, with organized abuse, the company will use an emergency shut down button, which will permanently deactivate every login. In case of a server hack this makes sure even hackers can't do anything anymore, no matter what they try. Besides that we need the old codes to run the stats and invoice everyone, so we would not be able to use the old codes anyway.

First 50 new codes for CAN available

First 50 codes for UK DSS will be filled soon, but you can keep contacting Jona for your new code and get working again, the next 50 codes for Canada are available now.

Starting up again

We will start up again, but please remain calm, we can't do it all at once. We start with 50 UK codes, only native (no PHI yet). Later today we have more codes for several countries. Please note: we can't use any of the old codes, we will invoice all closed codes, but starting up has priority, so invoicing the closed accounts will be done later this week or the weekend (as soon as we have our hands free). It does not really matter which code you had (DSn, NCC, DSS, CAN). If you are there and want to start working right away, contact Jona (in private) and if you are one of the first 50, you will be on the road again. Only the ones who were already working and not blocked by QA and no PHI operators yet.

Shut down (temporarily)

Hi all, We have a problem again. The word 'again' already says this is not the first time (and probably won't be the last). Operators who have been working with us before, or have been working this business for a longer period of time already know this happens from time to time. As usual, we will be completely transparent and open about it, as we always are, so here is what happened this time: A group of old operators from GOM attacked the server and committed serious abuse. We don't know how, but as far we have seen this has NOT been done by people working for us (the codes we have seen are not issued by us). As a result of that, the overall company simply shut the whole server down to prevent more abuse. The logic and right thing to do of course, nevertheless annoying for everyone and sad as well, because no one can make any money right now. We will keep you all posted and no matter the outcome (short shut down, temporarily, permanent, we really don't know...

Disappeared stats / numbers on USA native & non native

The fact that your numbers went down on USA native and non native (2DSn and 2DSnn codes) is caused by the following: Because of problems with the 2DS servers (too much traffic on it) they decided to split USA (once more, this happened before). Because of that they moved sites to the new platform, but that means your stats have moved as well. We now can login on the new server, so tomorrow we will invoice you the lost numbers. So the part that has been moved will be invoiced separately (of course without the invoice fee, it is not your fault). You keep typing as you were doing on 2DS and the numbers there will be invoiced after the end of the month.

Please do not be so stupid to either send literally the same messages (duplicates) or messages containing the same standard elements over and over again, with just changing the first or last phrase or sentence. In both cases it is clear your goal is not being creative, do a good job and give clients some quality for their money. Your goal is to be lazy, get away with crap and put as many messages in as fast as you can. Don't do it! Other operators will report you, our QA team will spot you or the company QA will detect it. You will be thrown out, blacklisted by us, the company servers will block your IP, so you can't even work with another team and you do NOT get paid at all!

Strong words / cursing

Avoid strong words / cursing, even if you think it is functional. What you hear in the streets, or see in you tube movies does NOT mirror real society standards. Countries do not have only big cities either where people are used to that kind of language, the biggest part of the country is rural area, where most people don't like that at all. Relgious people are usually not fond of that either and that land of make believe, the USA, no matter they produce like 90% of all porn in the world, is still filled with both religious and squeamish people. Using something like 'Damn!, How did that happen?' is enough to get your account blocked!

Why am I blocked (QA) operator question

Operator question: I thought the idea of QA was that you inform people about their mistakes, so why am I blocked? Answer: not everyone contacts QA right away, bothers to check Skype or even this blog. We block you to prevent you going on making the same mistakes meanwhile and lose your account by a company block. Because there is a difference. If WE (QA) block you, we can unblock you as well after we've explained what you are doing wrong. If the company blocks you, we can't, your account is gone.

Be smart, inform yourself

No matter which country you work for, make sure you inform yourself and use google for important news about that country. A lot of clients want to talk about things happening around them, like corona lockdown rules for instance. It takes you only a couple of minutes to update yourself daily. Avoid politics and religion as topics, always divert those.

Be productive!

Having an account means you have a job. Real work, real clients, real company and a chance to make some real money. It is a job, you are supposed to work. Don't sit on your account doing nothing, or hardly anything. We will close the account, there are hundreds of other people waiting for an account, who really want to work and make money to support their families.  This is free lance work. You don't have time right now, fine, no one will be mad at you, come back when you really have the time, or need, to actually do something with it.  Please don't come tell us, you've logged in multiple times, but there were no clients. Closed accounts have numbers from 0 to 35 or so in a week, while others have 500 - 1500. You need to be (able to be) there when the clients are there. That is how things work. You don't go to the mall to shop at 3 am to complain the stores are closed either, now do you?

Payments July

All operators for July (including June 30 for native 3) with an open balance of 100 euro or more, have been paid.  If you have a balance of 100 euro or more and did not receive a payment confirmation, please contact Peter on Skype. If you have an outstanding balance of 50 euro or more and you want a pay out, please contact Peter or Jona. We often get the question (and negative reactions) why we use such a high pay out limit. But is has a simple, positive and very legit reason: We literally hire and pay worldwide and in some countries the banking fees are 25 or even over 30 euro. It differs per country, but there can also be quite big differences even between banks within the same country. It also changes all the time, so it is undo-able for us to keep track of that for all banks worldwide.  So we pay automatically when you reach 100 or more but you always can request from 50. 

NO VPN please!

The use of VPN is not allowed at DNS and not necessary either. If we put you on a code, you are allowed on that code. So please put your VPN off! Otherwise your account may get blocked!

Caps, punctuation and more

A new sentence always starts with a capital. I (as in me) is always written as a capital I! No abbreviations in your messages please (dnt, shld and so on). It is don't not dont Check your messages for typos and mistakes before you hit the send button: do tou have any place in my (should be do you have any place in mind) Punctuation like ?, !, a period, a comma and so on, you always place directly after the last word, followed by a space: That is great! I never tried that, because I never got the chance. When is the last time you've tried, can you tell me? And not things like: That is great!I never.... I never tried that ,because I never tried that,because To complete the horror, what we see in real is this: thats great i nver tired that ,cuz i never git the change .when is the last tome youve tired, can tou tell me ? And then people wonder why they get blocked?  Really people the first thing you need, to do this job, is being able to actually type properly!

If you can't login to your work account and get invalid user, your account is probably blocked by the company. Contact me or Jona on Skype. You can also report it in the chat box, so we can contact you, but if you do so then please mention your login code (not your password!). Otherwise we don't know who you are :-)

Chat box

In the side bar we have added a chat widget. You can either login anonymous or become a member of our community and login with your name. You can use it in stead of Skype, so you are allowed to say in and out, ask questions or report it when there are problems with a site. You can talk to each other as well. All allowed. Not allowed: cursing, advertising, spamming and so on. PM is disabled, if you need us in private you can contact us on Skype.  To protect us from people hitting on our operators, the use of pictures and sending links is also disabled. If you misuse it we can ban you. So, don't :-)  You can either use the chat box on the page, or click the link at the top of the widget to open it as a full page tab in your browser f you find that more easy.  When I am not around and Jona isn't either, the chat will be closed. But once we start adding more QA coaches we can set them as moderators, so eventually the chat box will become available 24/7.

Invoices DSN 3 Native

All July invoices for 3DSN (new server) for the people that are still working there, have been sent. If you think there is something wrong, contact Peter on Skype. If you don't see your invoice, check your SPAM folder first please. 

When is it busy?

No matter what kind of code you have and for which country, the best time to work always is late afternoon, evening and early night in the relevant country.  People work during the day, are busy with kids, doing groceries and so on.  Please note that some countries have multiple time zones, so traffic picks up slowly when for instance East Coast USA comes online en builds up as it get's later in the time zones to the west.  Weekends may vary depending on the weather, big sporting events and so on.  And not to forget YOU are an other variable. Big companies like these hire enough people to be able to deal with the high queues during the busiest hours. It is complete non rota and no one can predict how many people are working. Also there are many operators with little time during week days who type a lot on weekends.So there are many variables.   You could see it as a big supermarket with 1000 cash registers. At one moment you are working with 450 colleagues,...

BASIC CHATTING RULES

1. If the cl will send you his contact info, num, email, Fb, ig, Whatsapp etc. DO not let him know that you see it, just IGNORE and DIVERT the conversation. Do not ask for the CL's info or promise him that you will call or email him. 2. Ask question/s to the client, it will make him react to your message. Call to action.    And answer the clients' questions,  never ignore them.  3. Send a reasonable length, if the cl will send you a short one,    it should match the length of his msg, if he sends you a longer one,     75 per cent of its length should be your reply.    As for message length, 150 up is the safest length.     You can have a short reply from time to time depending on the client's msg.    NO Goner. 4.Log all important info of the CL and WE. 5. Basic sentence construction, capitalization, even the "I" and "I'm", spaces in between    proper punctuation marks( ? , . !)    No fill...
