Why am I blocked (QA) operator question
Operator question: I thought the idea of QA was that you inform people about their mistakes, so why am I blocked?
Answer: not everyone contacts QA right away, bothers to check Skype or even this blog. We block you to prevent you going on making the same mistakes meanwhile and lose your account by a company block. Because there is a difference. If WE (QA) block you, we can unblock you as well after we've explained what you are doing wrong. If the company blocks you, we can't, your account is gone.
