Caps, punctuation and more

A new sentence always starts with a capital.
I (as in me) is always written as a capital I!
No abbreviations in your messages please (dnt, shld and so on).
It is don't not dont
Check your messages for typos and mistakes before you hit the send button: do tou have any place in my (should be do you have any place in mind)
Punctuation like ?, !, a period, a comma and so on, you always place directly after the last word, followed by a space:

That is great! I never tried that, because I never got the chance. When is the last time you've tried, can you tell me?

And not things like:

That is great!I never....
I never tried that ,because
I never tried that,because

To complete the horror, what we see in real is this:

thats great i nver tired that ,cuz i never git the change .when is the last tome youve tired, can tou tell me ?

And then people wonder why they get blocked? 

Really people the first thing you need, to do this job, is being able to actually type properly!

Hi all, As of now 'we' will not be offering DNS anymore. The client (the overall company) is giving us too much hassle. The one moment they tell us, make sure you fill the peak hours, so we we work our asses off and put people in. And a week later on top of all accounts of the people who use VPN or show no IP at all, they start closing accounts for 'quality' because there are too many people in. And even then there is little traffic. Okay we do understand this is all corona related and they too do not know what the next week will look like at the moment, but still. Nigerian banks / SWIFT / TELEX / Costs

Very often we get the question if we can provide a telex copy or a SWIFT telex and 99.9% of the time that question comes from a Nigerian bank. The problem is, there is no such thing as a SWIFT Telex. Telex does exist, at least it did until 1973. The only thing we will ever be able to provide you with is a payment transcript.
