Payments done

All oustanding payments of 35 euro or more, from people who surrendered their account and quit and reported that through their coach before jan 17th have been done

Also if we contacted you because we got a refund in on your behalf and we told you, you were listed for pay (after we updated or corrected your details) then you have been paid today.

      Open the side bar (left top corner, three stripes (hamburger) icon. Click on contacts in the important pages section. Copy Peter's skype address and paste it in your skype search bar

      You should not search for Peter, but copy the exact skype address in your search contact dialog box

      The skype address of Peter does not even contain the word Peter, so there is no reason why a lot of Peters would pop up.

    Please do not say payment is done. Till this very moment I( Peace Ogechi) have not been paid for the month of December. Now you are getting ready to pay for Jan., what then happens to mine Dec., payment? I am in UBA bank as I write this and it is totally clear to me now that no money was paid into my account by Supercash for the month of December and you have already sent me a mail. So please tell me, WHERE IS MY MONEY? I have written several thins complaint since the week of the payment to Peter and he has always replied that I most wait for transcript and it is almost one month now. So, please tell me, how long does it take for a transcript to be sent for a payment you claim to have made? There is something fishy about this and it is totally wrong. Please Jona and Peter, you need to explain to me and pay me , I suffered for that money.

      I think you are client number 1784? If so then we have had contact many times and you know we are busy with your problem. Sometimes things take time (and often that is just because we are waiting for a reaction as well, but that does not men we will not solve the problem.

Nigerian banks / SWIFT / TELEX / Costs

Very often we get the question if we can provide a telex copy or a SWIFT telex and 99.9% of the time that question comes from a Nigerian bank. The problem is, there is no such thing as a SWIFT Telex.
