Others have their money and I have not <<< tell that to your bank, not to us!
If you received your payment confirmation and the date is the same as for others, contacting us is completely useless.
We are the sending party and the process is exactly the same for everyone:
We fill in the details for Abdul (if they are not already in the banking app), we fill in the amount and hit next.
We do the very same thing for Hassan, Jessica and so on. Nothing else.
Then when all payments are done, we hit send. All payments are send in one time to the bank.
So if Hassan already has it, and you don't. Then your bank processed Hassan's payment already and did not process yours.
That has absolutely nothing to do with the sender, but with your bank.
We don't know if complaining to your bank will help, but complaining to us is of no use.

Please I have not received my payment
ReplyDeleteWhoever updates these blogs should be fired. The tone she uses is not that professional. Address us with some little respect. We have every right to ask if our money has taken long than normal to be processed. Given that we have no receipt to confirm the transfer of cash we can't go complaining to our bank but the sender. I had the same problem and it turned out that the mistake was on you even after I had received a confirmation email that I had been paid. If I hadn't followed it up I probably would have never received my money.
ReplyDeleteThere is no disrespect in here whatsoever. We are just stating a fact. The simple fact that someone else got her/his money in, is not in any way a guarantee yours is too. It can be different for any bank / bank branch / country / account type or, when that is all the same, the number of transfers they need to process. Your bank can't do them all at the same time.
DeleteNext to that, we have procedures. Like you can ask for a payment transcript 8 days after your payment confirmation, which is all stated very clearly in our payment information page, so it is already known to everyone you have that right.
Complaining before that, about Hassan has his money and you don't, is and will be useless.
Yes, people can make mistakes, even Supercash can make a mistake, although 99 out of 100 times they are not the problem (also a fact). But that is not relevant. You followed procedure and you were helped accordingly and so will everyone else if needed.
You are missing the point. This is not about people who come forward and follow procedure. It is about people that don't.
And 'complaining' for that matter in the post you refer to, is a professional metaphor for people who are rather rude, just based on the fact Hassan has his money and they don't.
I have not received my payment. I went to the bank and was told that no payment came into my account and that I should ask the sender to make inquiries on why the payment was not made. So Peter, please do address this issue because it looks like lots of operators are having the same issues.
DeleteYou need to contact peter on Skype for that
DeleteBeverly is right. You don't have to be rude to put a point across. There's a professional way of doing that. Don't speak to people as if they don't have anywhere to go instead appreciate the fact that we are still working for you even though you are under paying us. Let's respect each other
ReplyDeleteRude? What exactly in that post is rude?
DeleteAnd we should thank you that you work for us? Even though we underpay you? Sorry but do you even read the blog or pay attention to anything?
Delete1. You do not work for us, you work through us for a company.
2. We don't pay you, so we do not underpay you either.
3. We offer jobs as they are, as posted many many times before, we advertise jobs and are an intermediary informing and organizing hiring agency. We would love to pay you 1 euro per message if they would offer that, but we don't set the rates. We just offer what there is. If you want to take up the job? Fine! If you don't, fine too!
Any hopes if this rate would go up soon? The stress is becoming a burden. Considering the fact that we have little or no sleep just for a little pay?
DeleteWe can't look into the future, but not likely. We don't really expect things go up until the vaccinations take effect and people can return to their normal life. Little pay yes, but still an option to at least make some money. Many people can not.
DeleteThe good thing: history wise after something like a pandemic, when things get back to normal, people tend to catch up on things and go wild. Bars will be loaded, there will be parties everywhere, people who lost their jobs find a new job and this business might be booming like never before
@peter, do you people offer any other job apart from this chat moderator job?
ReplyDeleteNot in English, we hade better paying jobs before, but those companies are all gone and did not survive the corona crises. We only have other (better paying) jobs, still in Dutch but even there we already lost a couple of clients because they are broke: the costs became higher than the profit.
DeleteIf others have their money, which Nigeria bank did they use? Some Nigerians have multiple bank accounts. We can send the bank account that's working.
ReplyDeleteEveryone is free to post here something like "Hi I got my payment confirmation on the .... and got my money in on the ... with Bank X, city Y. We can even set up a separated post for that with the next pay round if people like
