  2. This company has the lowest pay compared to other adult chat companies.
You guys reduced the freelancer's salaries just to pay the administrative department and you think that is "wisdom"?

You have to know that "things are not done that way".
FREELANCERS ARE THE "BACKBONE" OF THIS COMPANY.
Do you think staying online at night (timezone in usa) just to chat "unknown" horny old men is an easy job?
OK if you think this is easy, why don't you tell those administrative department guys to chat the horny old men?
You keep telling us to surrender our account if we not interested. Do you know if Nigeria was like the united state, I won't be doing this job.
You keep blocking our account with no warnings just for a little mistake, you want good quality message But you cannot pay the freelancers to motivate them and give you an accurate job.

You have to understand the fact that "YOU USE MONEY TO MAKE MONEY".
If you want your company to grow and give you more money, then you have to pay the workers well so that, they can give the customers utmost satisfaction and frequent patronage.

We the freelance are not doing this job wholeheartedly anymore ever since the pay reduced to 0.03 per message.

With time, this company will crash if you guys don't stabilize the salary. That is the truth. Don't be offended if I sound rude.

If you did not approve this comment, peter. Then you are just hiding the truth. And the truth must be told.

    1. Yes we do approve all messages within certain limits of course, but if you don't mind I have deleted the other 2 which were exactly the same. But would be nice if you would read our posts. We are NOT the company, we are a hiring agency and do the management of this system for an affiliate party, That affiliate party is not the company either, it is the party who has the contract with the company. Nor we, nor the affiliate party takes any of these decisions, it is the company that does. We only offer the jobs as they are and inform you when things change, for the better or for worse.
See it this way, we could recruit truckdrivers in stead of operators. The board of Coca Cola decides they need more drivers and give the order to do so. They give the order to a middle man to make that happen and that middle man contacts several parties if they have drivers available, we are one of those parties. Now 2 months later the board of Coca Cola decides to lower the pay for truck drivers, because of corona the sales are going down but their costs remain the same. You really think we can influence the decision of the board of Coca Cola? No of course we can't. What we can do is inform you and keep you updated about everything going on. And that is what we do.

    2. So why did you lower the pay? Sales?
Did you also tell the clients to lower their pay?

By the way, was your pay also lowered?

You can't say anything for it to make sense.
You're the recruitment agency. Your job is to regulate and tell the owners what to pay or you stop recruiting.
      I guess you don't care.

    3. If we tell the company what to pay or we will stop recruiting, the answer will be "fine, goodbye" and 5 minutes later every single operator working for us will be out of a job.
So caring in our option is to not let that happen.
Especially since you yourself have the option to say to us: if you won't hire the pay, then I will stop working. Our answer would be" okay, we understand, let's hope things will change for the better soon and you can come back at any time when it does.
The difference here is that the way we do this, operators can choose for themselves to leave, with the option to rejoin later.
In your way everyone would lose their job, without that option.

  4. I know it isn't your duty. But the USA non native accounts given to us is not producing traffic. I barely even send up to 20 messages daily. Please if this is a technical issue, pass the information across to the channels till it reaches the parent company. Thank you.

    1. Did it never occur to you, all the things happening right now actually have to do with a traffic drop and the company is cutting down.
Stores, restaurants, bars, companies are closed, lockdowns everywhere, millions and millions of people losing their job, companies and people personally go bankrupt.
USA: 50 million people lost their job or were cut down in salary, 16 million people infected, 300 thousand people dead. Stores, restaurants, hotels, schools and many things more closed in a lot of states. That is the market they need to do their business in.
But operators? They think they will be untouched, pay should remain the same, traffic will run as before, corona should not affect you.
Isn't it time all of you accept the world we live in right now and get a bit more realistic?
