More news - this is what will happen
1. USA codes (people who have been moved to non native) > these codes will be closed, so you will need to contact Jona once that happens so we can give you a new code and password.
We will invoice the old codes as soon as we have time. Pay remains 3 cents.
2. All UK (DSSGB & DSS) and CAN codes (DSSCA & CAN) are moved to a new non native page, but as an operator you won't notice that, you can just keep on working.
Tonight at midnight UK time, we will make a copy of the stats of the first 8 days. For these days you will be paid native (5 cents) after that it will be non native (3 cents).
We will either invoice those 8 days next week if we can find the time OR you will receive a split invoice at the end of the month, we don't know yet, but we will make sure everything is a should and all stats are correct. Your code and password remains the same, unless you are really from UK/IRL, AUS/NZ, CAN or USA, in that case you need to report to Jona so we can move you to the new native system.
3. AUS codes > they already are in the non native system, code and passwords stay the same, pay for the full month of december will be 4 cents a message.
4. Jamaican and South Africa > although they said at first these would still be seen as native, they now decided to drop that and they will be sen as non native.
So that means, from now on for ALL codes, only USA, CAN, AUS/NZ & UK/IRL will be seen as native. All other countries are non native.

For how long would this linger? Because at this rate, the pay won't be productive. After international bank charges, we'd possibly be left with nothing.
ReplyDeleteI wish I knew, but we don't.
DeleteHello,
DeleteConcerning the payment that is to be made on the 8th of December, those that didn't make up to €75, are they going to be paid along with the others?
This is something not favourable at all! 0.03 per messages is too little, the company should reconsider
DeleteYes we know, it is not like we don't mention that to the company

No payments are 75 and up, as always
I know you guys are trying and you're doing your best to get us back on the platform.
ReplyDeleteKudos to you anyways. I just hope we get the codes as soon as possible.
Nice to see someone appreciates all the work we are doing in stead of many posts and skype messages about things we can't change or complaints that mostly turn out to be wrong
DeleteYes, I understand most people are frustrated because of the new development. But I think we should all focus on working well and prove to the site owners that they need us.
DeleteMaybe the rate would be increased if everyone work well.
You don't appreciate the work we do. If you did, we'd know.
DeleteWe reject a lot of people, we hired you.
DeleteSo that is a wrong assumption to begin with.
How do I know what country code I am chatting with, and how much is USA.
ReplyDeleteask your coach
Delete@ Peter, I have not received my payment yet.

DeleteIt is almost half of the new month yet pay for the old month is yet to be received. INCOMPREHENSIBLE... WTF?
ReplyDeleteYou should post this in the bank app or your local newspaper or something like that.
DeleteEveryone who got paid got their payment confirmation, so you know it has been sent and on which day. That it is still not there, is nothing we can do something about. We are the sender of the money, that is all we can do, we are not responsible for what happens when it is sent. It is the same as sending a postal package, you go to the post office, you hand it over you pay the sending fee and that is it. There is no way as a sender to influence when it arrives.
Please note that 99.9% of all complaints it takes so long and 99.9% of all requested payment transcripts, because the bank can't find the money come from people from Nigeria. We sent money to at least 40 different countries each and every month and over time to more than 80 different countries in total. And that includes many different countries in Africa as well, such as South Africa, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya and so on.
Hardly ever any issues, they don't need payment transcripts and the money arrives within a fair limit of time.
So with all due respect, maybe it is time you all aim your arrows to the banks and maybe involved responsible governmental departments to better your bank system?
You only get frustrated but we have the experience and can see and tell the difference. There are only 2 countries around the world which always have a problem. Suriname, but they mostly work in the Dutch language. And Nigeria. We are just the ones 'going to that post office' and send the packages. In the rest of the world those are delivered fine.
