Codes disabled
As you will have noticed by now, the company all of a sudden decided to only allow native operators (UK, USA, CAN, AUS) with no notice up front until it started happening.
On top of that they close down all VPN users and all users that do not show a (the right) flag in the system.
This takes effect on ALL USA codes, but we are not so sure it won't start to effect the other countries as well.
Reason: not given, although they have been complaining about VPN / no flag for a long time and about abuse and misuse of the codes as well.
We are sure those reasons are right, we've warned you many times about that, but we still see people copy pasting, bad english and so on.
But we think there is another underlaying reason as well: the strict lockdown in UK for instance, the very high number of new cases of corona daily in the USA. This causes a high loss of traffic, so they need to cut down on codes. Don't forget, several other companies have been closed down over the past few months already.
Also in the USA during the corona crises tens of millions of people lost their jobs (and although less dramatic in other countries, many people lose their job as well), which makes it simply more easy for them to work with real native operators.
We are not closed down as a company, but we can't do anything against disabling the codes, unless you are reall from either USA, UK, CAN, or AUS. next to that as far as we can tell right now, only people from SA and JAM are allowed if, ofcourse, they write really proper English.
Let's just hope things will turn for the better soon again (like it did last time) but we can't promise you anything.
As to the closed codes, any traffic you made up until now will be invoiced, but it will take a while to process everything, not only because it is a lot of codes (so a lot of extra work for us again), but also we can't start doing that yet, because we are still in the payment process (November pay). We can't update anything while that is still running, it would interfere with the payment process.
It is sad it has to be like this again, we do understand how you feel and personally without any further notice up front, right before christmas, is not the way we would deal with things. But we don't have a say in that.
We will keep you posted.

Hmm, that is quite serious and the decision met many of us unexpected. Anyway, the work some of us has done in Dec is not really much, can the payment be merged with Nov own?
ReplyDeleteNo it can not
DeleteIs Hotspot considered as VPN? Because I was blocked yesterday in a USA Native account while I was logged in working
ReplyDeleteIt is not impossible that people without a flag or using VPN are still disabled, really we have not been able to look into that yet. So if your hotspot shows as VPN or causes a no flag, maybe
DeleteOh my gosh, Why should it be now, many people here rely on this as a source of income. I realize myself being depressed. God! See me through in this situation I'm facing now.
ReplyDeleteThe traffic in Australia account is very low. And I can't reach the weekly quota if it continues. Please look into that!!
ReplyDeleteWe don't promote the websites, customers are customers, they are around when they want to.
DeleteWhat if I don't get to reach the weekly quota due to the low traffic in Australia account? The traffic in Australia account is too low, I have waiting for almost 2 hours and not message to send? I don't want the QA to block my account because I couldn't reach the weekly quota. Please look into this.
