Take good care of your account!

Corona is pestering us again and that means way less traffic because of the very high number of cases in USA, but also because of very strict corona rules (also in UK).
This means: very limited accounts for a while,so when you lose your account right now there are very few chances to get back in.

So type great messages, work a little slower, check what you send, make no mistakes, no typo's, no misleading, no bad grammar and so on.
Don't give them a reason to block you!

  1. Christmas is fast approaching. Operators are not online anymore. And most of the clients are complaining and we delay to reply their messages.
Please bring more codes to retain more clients and keep the company growing.

  4. The company needs to bring more codes to keep the site busy. Due to the unnecessary complaints by some of the operator, The company chose not to bring more codes anymore. Please go to the site and see how long it takes an operator to respond to a message. You will be convinced that the company needs more operators.

    1. No the company chose to do that because we still get people in who copy paste, put someone else on the account and so on. Most of the accounts get closed for any form of copy pasting and bad English and usually they are right

  5. Please, The company shouldn't judge all the operators just like that. they still have diligent and hard working ones too. We are all trying our best here.

    1. No one is judging anything. If companies are not satisfied, they take action. And we are just informing you they did.
