Hiring from Nigeria again
Starting to day we will make a start with (re)hiring people from Nigeria again. The (original) company will be less strict again from now on. However, we did look into all the blocked accounts and although there are some accounst we really don't have a clue why those were blocked at all, we have seen enough blocked accounts from people who deliver...well let's put it into just 2 words: total crap. Terrible grammar, loads of typo's, wrong words or spelling, misleading, writing the same uninterested dull look alike bullshit over and over again and there are still idiots out there who will ask a client or give a client contact details.
This is a company with real clients, it is a real job and you get paid in real Euro's. This is not a kindergarten. All you need to do is being able to put up a good conversation, follow the storyline / subject, write it down in decent English and follow some rules. You can't do that: goodbye and we will not rehire you. Don't come beg for another chance and tell us you really need it so bad and you will absolutely do better. The account you have IS that chance and if you really can do better, you are an idiot that you did not do that in the first place.
This harsh language above by the way, has nothing to do with being Nigerian, just with being a stupid or lazy operator or an idiot that shares the account with others. This counts for every other operator as well.
But we have a lot of Nigerian people working here that may now get another chance, we just want to make absoluty clear, you all understand that once you blow that chance, begging won't help.
Also - but this was already announced before - we will take our time with blocked accounts. The QA takes time, it needs to be updated, you need to be invoiced for the old account and so on. We concentrate our time on getting new people in, not on people that keep losing their account and need feedback, wo it will take time to get you back in, even if we decide we can give you another chance.
And once more, please note: we do NOT block the accounts, the company does, usually because you make mistakes or deliver crappy work. The only accounts we (WOW) block are the accounts of people that want a job and then don't do anything or hardly anything, people writing numbers which mean they will make pay somehwere in august 2021. An account is a job, a company expects you to deliver the work. It is not a a leisure activity.
