Blocked, do I get paid? Peter is not reacting. Answers to your questions.

As announced before the finance department (and Peter) will not be available the first 10 days of every new month.
We will be busy running all the stats first, do the math for the company and invoice them. While the company checks this we will be busy sending every single one of you the invoice for October. When we receive the money from the company, the payment process will start. Although we don't do these payements anymore from now on (those are done by Supercash) we are still involved in preparing those payments.
In other words we are busy and we don't have time to answer 1000 questions. As said before, if you have questions, ask them before the end of the month or after the 10th. Every time we need to answer, we need to drop what we are doing, which highers the chance to mistakes and slows down the invoicing or the payment process.

So here are some frequently asked questions and answers:

I made less than 75 euro, I am blocked and I can't get a new account right now, will I be paid?
The answer is: No, you will not be paid yet. Only 75 and up will be paid. Even if you are from Nigeria and can't get back in right now, you would not have been paid below 75 euro anyway and it would roll over to next month. That did not change. It still rolls over to next month. You may have lost your account, but we still have a lot of people from Nigeria working. And we don't know what will happen this month, for all we know they will say in 2 weeks you can get in again. If not THEN you will be paid next month if you have 35 euro or more in your balance.

I want to request for pay!
Obviously you did not read the blog, we don't do request anymore as announced.

I did not get an invoice yet for October!
Sure, like we have done all the stats anmd send 1000 invoices already within a couple of hours after the closure of the month, seriously? You need to work hard the whole month to get everything done, so do we. We don't have a magic wand. It takes time, relax and be patient.

I have more than 75 euro, do I need to do anything?
No, you will get your invoice and automatically get paid by Supercash when the money is in.

When will the payments be done?
We usually receive the money from the company around the 6th, which is a bit unlucky this month, because that is on a Friday, so you will have to take into account transfers will be made after the weekend, so starting from the 10th.

When will I have my money in then?
We don't know, that is different for everyone and can be anything from a day to over a week. We are the sender, we can not see when it arrives at your bank. Contact your own bank if you have questions about this.

I did xxxx messages but my invoice is 1 euro less or 20 messages less!
This is the worst question. It means you never read anything we post in the blog, you did not even read our terms and conditions on our site when you applied and you did not even bother to open your own invoice to check.
Every invoice has 1 euro administration costs. If it is a closed or blocked account that will cost you 50 euro cents (extra). Now stop wasting our time! You are not in elementary school anymore, you are an adult with a job. Show some responsibility.
