Nigerian operators attention please <<<<< MUST READ!!
As a lot of you may already know, a lot of companies closed all their Nigerian codes, forced by the overall company.
The good news is: we did not have to.
The bad news is: if you are from Nigeria and you lost your account or you will lose your account, we can NOT rehire you at the moment. So if you are still in, you must do your utmost best to keep your account and keep making money.
The reason for this all: there is simply too much abuse from Nigerian operators. Not only real abuse, as in asking for email addresses or giving contact details, or telling clients it is fake. This happens too but not from our team (luckily) and that is one of the reasons we are at least allowed the people still in making money. Please do treasure that.
But there is something else going on in Nigeria. We pay in Euro, but in stead of being happy that transfers to a lot of Naira, people get greedy. Sorry to say so, but it is true. There are groups of people with multiple bank accounts who will get accounts and let more people work on it. There are people who let others do their test and once in write crap. There are 'lazy' operators who will write messages in a fixed pattern (template) or start or end every message the same way or use the same sort or exactly the same sentences al the time (copy paste). And although we urge every one to use grammarly, proof read the messages and use a spelling checker, a lot of people are being thrown out for poor English, bad English or terrible English or total crap, or tons of typo's. In other words a lot of operators are busy making fast bucks but they forget they are actually hired to simply have a good ongoing conversation with the clients, showing interest and follow the story line.
And now the company is fed up with that.
Payments will be done conform our terms and conditions. You will keep your balance, if you did not make pay yet it stays in your balance, because it is not definite yet. We hope the storm subsides and we will be able in a few weeks to add people again. So don't worry even if that is not the case you will be paid later. But we need to be really careful for now letting people in, otherwise we will have the same problem as all those other companies have at the moment and ALL Nigerians will be thrown out. So once more, if you still have your account, make sure you do a great job, because we are like the last company that still have Nigerians working. If we can prove we can do it, there are still chances for Nigeria. If not, we are afraid no single Nigerian will be able to work at all with not one company on thes platforms for a very lomg time!

This news just kill person moral sha. Wetin dey sup for our country like this. From Asuu wahala, lekki genocide, bubu fuck up and greedy leaders. Wetin musa no go see for gate sha.
ReplyDeleteNow WOW won close all naija accounts. I don tire for our country.
I know your guys are disappointed at us. The truth is a lot of Nigerians are doing this due to the nation bad leaders and high poverty rate. I am in no support of this selfish act.
We are the best in Africa.( Economically and materially speaking)
Still yet, an average Nigerian survive on less than $5 a day. The country is rich but it's citizens is poor.
In Lagos alone we generate over $1M daily. ( FAAN, Sea port, lekki Toll gate, custom service and other government agencies) Still yet our selfish leaders steal from am.
We watch how these leader strip us of our benefits. Because, we are scared to fight. We got tired of the nepotism, miscreant leadership, and there chastise act because they have the power.
. We stood up to fight. They turned against us and killed an unconfirmed numbers of youths #EndSars #LekkiGenocide
On behalf of those Nigerians who have no other source of income, those who take this job seriously and those who are honest. We apologize for this disappointment.
I suggest you block all the defaulter and permanently with hold there funds. I promise you they will leave on there own.
Some of us have no job at home. WOW has been helpful to us. We Nigeria love money and we are hard working Lol.
Some of us aren't happy about the amount we're paid per msg. I wish WOW would increase the pay. I'm 100% sure Nigerian are ready to work more than 10 hours a day.
We just need a financial turbo boast. December is fast approaching and we need to hustle.
Once again on behalf of the good citizens of Nigeria. We are sorry.
Warm Regards,
Let me make it clear we don't like to address to you all as just 'Nigerian operators'. We know perfectly well there are a lot of good hardworking individual people who are all unique and have a name. But we need to bring the news as it is. And yes the good ones suffer from the actions of the bad ones.
DeleteWe know the situation in Nigeria is not one of rose beads and sunshine. But should that not be all the more reason to, when you get a job that makes it able for you to survive, to cherish that?
So why is it then, that we get confronted with people who send email addresses, or write total crap which is already a violation and a reason to get fired from any job, they then even dare to use 'that wasn't me, I've let someone else work my account because I did not have time due to ....' as a reason and tell us 'so it was not my fault, can I get my account back'. It not only says on the site, in the manual, in this blog that is strictly forbidden. It is also common sense a job is personal.
And yet they try to keep there account with a reason that is a reason for firing you on the spot. That is the attitude that kills jobs. The same attitude a lot of people write their messages with: uninterested robot like replies. To be able to live you need to work. To keep a job you need to put your pride in you work. No matter what job it is.
As to the pay: the reason we pay a lower fee is we get paid a lower fee. And that is due to the same things happening in the past. Like people from Suriname on the Dutch version of this work. And people from the Philippines. Work like this always gets popular in countries where job options are very limited. The problem is that attracts scammers, people with no pride, people who write bad English and let another person do the test, people who let other people work their accounts. We all want to make money, but some people not in a fair way. The result of that is that companies reduce their pay. Most companies do not hire people nor studios from Suriname anymore. Philippine accounts have been restricted ever since. And same now has happened to Nigerians. Because yes, there are companies out there which paid a higher fee. But those companies now closed all Nigerian accounts or have been shut down, either for a certain period or completely. So people from all over the world now suffer there as well because of that.
So you are not alone, but that won't make you nor anyone else happy.
As to the pay: the fact that (some) operators don't keep their part of the deal, does not mean we will lower ourselves to work with the same attitude. So we always pay, unless it turns out to be real abuse (as described in our rules, terms and conditions).
Please what if my I saw invalid login without knowing what my mistake was will I still not get my account back?
ReplyDeleteYou can always contact your coach and aks for the why, however, our QA still needs to look into it first and that takes time, because they are very strict at the moment so we have a lot of blocked accounts. No matter what the reason is however, we can't get you back in if you are from Nigeria, at least not for now.
DeleteThis is serious, some Nigerians just used their 'nonchalant actions' to affect those that are still passionate to make money here, I do hope the restriction will be reviewed soon.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteI have noted with concerns the reason for the low pay. However, I am hopeful that it would be reviewed upward soonest to encourage us. This is very important.
ReplyDeleteI have also seen what the other company's operators' who earn far more than us are typing and I would confidently say that they are not better than us.
I would advise any operator that gives account code to someone else to immediately desist from such. This is gross misconduct and unethical. If anyone is found doing this, the operator should be blocked and banned permanently because the person was never ready for the job. Most of us do not have any other job and we are doing this job with utmost diligence.
Furthermore, I would suggest that the company should permanently block cases of abuse. However, issues with minor mistakes should be addressed and the operator be giving an opportunity to continue work. This is because no one is above mistake. This is my personal opinion.
I hereby encourage every operator to put the best foot forward by giving this job the best it desires. What ever our hands finds to do, let us do it well.
I am very hopeful that things would get better as we progress.
Thank you.
The innocent should not be punished for the wrongdoings of others. I am one of the Nigerians that deliver fantastic contents on the platform, some of my contents have made users renew their usage of the platform. I and a good number of Nigerians churn out quality contents on the platform daily. We Nigerians should not be discontinued if quality content is the priority of the platform rather the bad guys should be weeded out! In the best interest of the platform, look into the swift resolution of this issue. Regards.
ReplyDeletePlease wow, some Nigerians here are doing great. Keep those ones. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteThat is completely up to every individual, don't lose you your account
DeleteAnd I'm sure this act is not committed by only Nigerians but I see we have bad luck already just because of our nationality. This is so sad
ReplyDeleteI want to thank the organisation for their consideration regarding Nigerians. I believe your organisation have managed their staffs well and that is why there is no need for the organisation to panic. I urge the organisation to do more by giving us a fair chance. I have applied and I hope my application is given due consideration. As I am of the opinion that this is a warning bell to everyone including other members country. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI received my invoice but instead of €75, I got €25 and I made 1524 messages on The CANADIAN platform with the account DSSCA097. My client number is 1763.
