Blocked accounts
If your account is blocked right now, you will have to be a little patient and wait until we are done with invoicing.
When you lose your account we need to update our files and the invoice system, because we need to check the stats from your closed account, issue you another account with another password (if possible and allowed) and invoice you for the messages you made. We freeze all that when we are still invoicing to avoid mistakes.
