Blocked accounts

We see a lot of closed accounts at the moment. We understand that a lot of you towards the end of the month want to put some extra messages in before being paid out. That is great, but the company knows that too and will do more QA.
So stay sharp, most of the accounts being closed are for misleading, to many typo's, bad English / bad grammar, that sort of things. Working fast is great, but if you lose your account because of it, it may take a few days to get you back up and running again and you will lose more than you've gained?

  1. Do we get feedback on how we're doing? I've been here for 3 weeks and not heard a thing so I assume everything is okay ... but do these closed accounts get any kind of warning before they are closed?

    1. We have our own QA team that scans the accounts, but that is always a snapshot. If they check your account and don't see anything bad, you don't get a message (too time consuming). 98% of the closed accounts are closed by the company itself for misleading, simply because that is not allowed by law, so they have to. Very often that happens because another operator reports it and it takes just one message to lose your account. Nothing much we can do about that, before we are able to check on it or see it, your account is already closed.
That does not mean you are a bad operator. Our QA will review your account when that happens and if your messages are fine in general, you will get told what went wrong, how to change it and we are allowed to give you another account..

    2. Thank you. That's helpful to know that.

  2. When an account is blocked, will there be payout for the messages already sent?

  3. If it just blocked for normal reasons (misleading and such, bad English/grammar, too many typo's) you will receive an invoice for the messages within 48 hours. This is not paid right away but added to your balance. Payments are always monthly.
If you get blocked for real abuse (for instance telling clients it is fake, asking for, or sending contact details and so on) you will not be invoiced and you won't get paid.
