As to all of your questions about payments...
Here is how it works:
1. Of course we can only run all statistics once the month is over, so we will do that on September first.
2. Then we make the invoice for the company (also September first).
3. The company will verify the invoice and then run a check on the stats, this can take several days. Meanwhile we will start sending the 'invoices*' for the operators (starting either September 1 or 2).
4. Once approved, the (company) invoice will be forwarded to the financial department and we will be paid and receive the money.
5. We will start paying**, this usually takes 1 or 2 days (depending on how many new operators we have, new operators take more time, because we need to pull up their bank details the first time).
Usually we receive the money 'around' the 6th. The 'around' is because it varies, sometimes it will be in a little faster, sometimes a little slower (this can be because they are just slow, but also because there is a weekend involved or a holiday).
Please note we will announce on the blog when the money is in and when we start paying right away, so it is of no use to come and ask us.
*Invoices
1. Your invoice is actually just an overview of what you made on a specific code, so you can keep track.
2. Every invoice is code / period related, there is no such thing as a merged invoice or statement. Meaning you can have several seperated invoices (so if an account gets closed, you get an invoice, if you quit you get an invoice, if you work on Canada but switch to USA, you get an invoice when we close your Canada account and an invoice for your USA account and so on.
3. When we start paying we check your balance, your balance is the total of all seperated open invoices.
** Payments
1. Our regular pay out is 100 euro or more, so the first thing we do is pay everyone who has a balance of at least 100 euro.
2. When we are done with that, we offer a pay out for people who have a balance of 50 euro and more***.
We will announce on the blog when we are done with the regular payments and when you can contact Peter to request a pay out if you have a balance of 50 euro or more. Not Jona, not QA, not any other coach but PETER.
PLEASE NOTE - Do not contact Peter before this announcement. He will ignore your message.
3. If you have a balance of less than 50 euro it will be rolled over to the next month.
4. If you do NOT work for us anymore and you have a balance of 35 euro or more, contact Peter as well.
*** This has a reason, there are countries and banks out there which take out high fees, give horrible currency exchange rates and so on. If we would pay from a standard 50 euro, the people involved would only receive like 10 euro in their account.
Any questions about the above? Leave your question in the comment section of this post and we will be happy to clear things up for you.
Please what is peter's contact details?
